Short description

This module will provide techniques and instruments required for understanding of the  process of project development, management and organization. The entrepreneurship process starts with an idea that needs to be turned into a business. During the process of transforming an idea into a business, knowledge about project management and organization is needed. The module will provide knowledge about organizational, managing and strategic decision processes enabling the transformation of ideas into a commercial success. 

Objectives

The participants will acquire knowledge:

-      related to scientific methodology for solving problems in project realization by using economic and scientific quantitative and qualitative methods,

-      dealing with the theoretical aspects of project management (definition, planning, implementation, evaluation),

-      needed for developing practical project skills based on real case studies,

-      related to different areas of information theory and technology and as well as get to know the goals, tasks and methods of strategic and operational

       information management, and

-      related to the basics of organizational theory and deepen the core aspects of organizational management; needed for the understanding of the specific    

       characteristics of the project, organizational and information management in their company and assessing those analytically.
