Objectives
- to enable students to understand the specific features of real estate as an investment class (especially residential vs. commercial and industrial RE),
- to enable students to master practical examples of financial planning and real estate valuation, and
- to enable students to perform risk analyses for individual properties as for real estate investment vehicles.

Course Content by Units
The course firstly provides an overview of real estate economics, followed by urban economics and real estate analysis. We, then, continue with real estate analysis at the micro-level and the-macro level, respectively.
