Objectives
The participants:
are introduced into the main activities of human resources management,
discuss the proper handling of "cognitive dissonance" and ways to overcome them,
familiarize themselves with the different processes of personnel selection,
deal with measures to develop personalities in the company,
understand human resource management as a source of sustainable competitive advantage, and,
recognize the specific features of HR tasks in an international context.
